All packages are shipped with maximum discretion and precaution, specifically to minimize package size.
NOTE: When you ship to POBOX or PMB BOX shipping name must match the name you rented mailbox otherwise they will not leave package in your mailbox even is same number.

We will do our best to fix your problem but if will not be possibile is not our fault.
We have 2 methods of shipping: Regular Airmail without tracking and Registered Airmail with tracking.
REGULAR AIRMAIL SHIPPING:
This type of shipping does NOT require signature. Packages will usually be delivered in about 4 weeks for Regular Airmail without tracking, depends on country where are originating from and postal services.
Regular Mail Shipment is delivered via first-class, priority airmail. Cost of regular shipment is $20 per parcel.
REGISTERED AIRMAIL SHIPPING:
This type of shipping REQUIRES signature, but is a little faster than AIRMAIL and successful than Airmail shipping. The postman will try a delivery to your door. If you are not home he will left you a note and you'll need to go to the post office to pick the package up showing the ID, so the name should be real.
You can also track the package worldwide if you wish (sometimes tracking online does not work but this is a system error from postal services).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY IMPORTANT CHANGES:
If your order contain 10 ml vials and you choose as shipping option REGISTERED AIRMAIL with tracking you can expect to receive 10 ml vials with tracking as your choosed or WITHOUT TRACKING ! This happens because some vials are sent from different country that doesnt allow us to send REGISTERED. Anyway delivery time is very good from that country.
MINIMUM ORDER:
The minimum order is 200$+ shipping costs. This way we provide both good service and packing.
Delivery Delays
Orders are usually shipped in 3-4 days after the money are picked up.
There are a couple of situations that cause possible delivery delays. One factor is international shipment which normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then export, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, import in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each of these steps has an impact on the delivery time. Inefficiency or temporary inactivity during one step is enough to extend delivery time over the usual.
Holidays are another factor that can cause delays- if you are ordering an international shipment, countries that it may pass through can recognize federal holidays that yours may not.
